ChatZen brings your customer conversations to iPhone. Read active WhatsApp chats, reply directly, and reliably schedule messages for a later time. Familiar conversations Current conversations appear in a clear chat list. Open a contact, read the chronological history, and send a reply from a familiar messenger interface. Schedule messages for later Choose a contact, text, date, and time. ChatZen stores the schedule on the server so the message can be sent at the requested time even when the app is closed. Upcoming messages remain visible and can be cancelled before they are sent. Securely connected to your ChatZen account The app communicates with your ChatZen tenant only over encrypted HTTPS. Your API token is protected in the device-only iOS Keychain. A built-in demo mode lets you try the main workflows without an account or real messages. Important: The app requires an existing ChatZen account, a configured WhatsApp channel, and enabled API access. Setup and administration take place in the ChatZen web application.
