ZoCalendar is the native iPhone calendar app for CRM users. Whether it's appointments, tasks, calls, or orders — see everything that's on your CRM agenda in a single, focused view. No browser detour. No duplicate tools. An app that feels like the Apple Calendar, but with your CRM data. WHAT ZOCALENDAR DOES THREE CALENDAR VIEWS Day (hourly grid like Apple Calendar), Week List (all 7 days as a scrollable schedule), or 3-Column Week Grid (three days side-by-side, horizontally scrollable). Switch between them with a tap. CREATE, EDIT, DELETE Add events, tasks, and calls right from the app. Update task status, log call outcomes (Interested, Callback, etc.), and remove entries with a swipe. TASKS TAB WITH FILTERS Today / Overdue / Open / Done — switch filters fast, check off tasks with a tap, and see what's next at a glance. ORDERS WITH TIME PLANNINGS (PREMIUM) View your customer orders and the planned working time per order. Status filters (open, in progress, closed) — built for service providers and agencies. MEETING LINK DETECTION Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet links are detected automatically — one tap and you're in the call. ICAL IMPORT Import external .ics files (holidays, personal calendars) through the share menu or the Files app — they show up alongside your CRM entries. SIX SERVER REGIONS Pick the right region for your CRM account in Settings: Europe, US, India, Australia, UK, or Canada. THREE LANGUAGES, MANUALLY SWITCHABLE Fully localized in German, English, and Hindi. The app follows your iPhone's system language by default — or override it directly in Settings. CALLS OPTIONAL IN THE CALENDAR Want a quieter calendar? Toggle calls off in Settings and see them only in the Tasks tab. WHO IS THIS FOR? ZoCalendar is for CRM users who want to plan their day right on the iPhone — without constantly opening the browser. Sales, consulting, service teams, freelancers, agencies — anyone working with a cloud-based CRM who wants to be productive on the go. PRIVACY Your data is yours. ZoCalendar stores only what it has to: - OAuth tokens live encrypted in the iOS Keychain - CRM data is loaded directly from the provider — no copy on our servers - No tracking, no analytics, no profiles - Default region is Europe (GDPR-compliant) PREMIUM FEATURE The Orders tab with Time Plannings is part of the Premium upgrade (in-app purchase). All other features are free. IMPORTANT NOTE ZoCalendar requires an active account with a supported cloud-based CRM platform. The app is a native client — it is not a standalone calendar and does not replace Apple Calendar. The list of supported CRM platforms is published on our support page.
