Very frustrated on a reimbursement issue that is not being handled. I don’t typically leave negative feedback on any site, but maybe I’ll get response if I put something in writing like this.

Apparently there is now zero phone support on cheap air. My itinerary has been changed and the one other option I was given doesn’t work. There is no option to talk to anyone to handle this. I’ll never book through them again.

I’ve purchased many flight tickets through Cheapoair over the years, and most of my experiences were fine. Unfortunately, this time has been extremely frustrating.
The airline changed my itinerary, and I’ve been trying for over a week to get assistance. Every time I call, I’m transferred to another “expert,” but the call just keeps ringing and no one ever answers. This is especially disappointing because I paid extra for their priority support add-on, yet I have received no meaningful assistance.
If you book through Cheapoair, just hope your airline doesn’t make any changes to your itinerary. If that happens, don’t expect Cheapoair to be there to help—you may end up spending hours trying to resolve the issue on your own.
