CheapOair caused me a serious problem because their representative gave me incorrect information about my Qatar Airways booking. I relied on what I was told, and now I’m the one dealing with the consequences.
What makes it worse is that a supervisor denied that the conversation even happened, and despite multiple attempts to get help, nobody has taken responsibility or properly investigated the issue.
I am extremely disappointed. I simply want CheapOair to review the call and take responsibility for the incorrect information their employee provided. This situation could have been avoided if I had been given accurate information in the first place.

Every time I buy tickets from here, they never give me points so I stopped buying through them
Horrible Customer service traps
Do everything you can to avoid CheapOair. They are a car salesman’s airline service with horrible change fees even on top tier bookings made only moments ago on impossible connections they just sold. In other words the chance you book a ticket that needs changes because you won’t make connecting flights is very high, then when you call to change they will try to charge for a completely new ticket, full price, and refund the old ticket in 5-7 business days. In addition, they will charge a $200 fee on top of that??! Just horribly dissatisfied with this company and will never go back.
