They’re shady and unreliable.

I made a car rental reservation in Mexico through CheapOair. I was charged $15 for the reservation, but when I arrived at the rental counter, the price was completely different from what was shown in the app. Because of the unexpected price difference, I decided to cancel the reservation. I contacted CheapOair to request a refund of the $15 charge, but they told me it was non-refundable. I’m very disappointed with the experience and the lack of transparency regarding the pricing. I would not recommend CheapOair for car rentals, and I will not be using their service for future car reservations.
