Wouldn’t scan and wouldn’t display car info.

I just wanted to be able to scan a vin number and see the car’s information. After ten minutes of trying to scan it finally picked up a few characters of the vin. I finally entered the vin manually and it never pulled a report, tried and failed on a few other cars.
