Wouldn’t scan and wouldn’t display car info.
I just wanted to be able to scan a vin number and see the car’s information. After ten minutes of trying to scan it finally picked up a few characters of the vin. I finally entered the vin manually and it never pulled a report, tried and failed on a few other cars.

Downloaded this app, paid for it, and when I’ve entered my car VIN No. nothing is happening. No information whatsoever. Not even the ones in the “history” which are there already (when app is installed) doesn’t show any information.
Don’t think I will get a refund.

Buyer Beware
I ACCIDENTALLY purchase this app and sent the following email TWICE to then the MOMENT I realize the mistake. Charge went foward & no reply! Lesson learned!

Doesn’t work. Manually entered the vin number of my 2013 Dodge Ram and it just keeps coming back to the enter vin screen. Also tried to scan the bar code on the door, but it wouldn’t even scan it. What a waste of $9
It stopped working after a little while
I worked for about 20 times and then stopped working. Every time I would input a VIN and press GO it would just refresh and go blank again for me to input the VIN again... I’m disappointed...

Cannot view History
Everything is great about the app in regards to useful car purchase information. But when I tried to view the Vin History it said that my “app is not in my country or region?” I hope I didn’t purchase an app that can’t do what it advertise on the information page saying that I can view history. Help please??? You guys just need to adjust it where anyone can view and I’m in the U.S!
