Brilliant start
Me and my Mother-in-Law have decided to sort and grow her coin collection this app has brilliant bones to start sorting her coins. as mentioned being able to create an account to log in and save data would be helpful. theirs an endless list of things that could be mentioned to add on the app but for a free to use as a basic check list PERFECT one thing that would be amazing tho would you be able to increase your catalog in the exact same way as you have but go further back in time for coins “pre decimalisation” and also including the £5 coins

No Save Progress?
The app looks nice visually and the coin valuation feature is fine, but the lack of a “Save Progress” / cloud backup makes it practically useless — especially for a paid subscription (£3.99/year).
There is no account system, no cloud sync, no backup, no restore option. If you delete the app, reinstall it, change your phone, or your phone is lost or stolen — everything is permanently gone. All the time spent manually entering coins is wasted, and you are forced to start from zero.
This is basic functionality that almost every modern app provides, especially one that stores user-created data and charges money. Without progress saving, the app is unreliable and unsafe for long-term use. Coin collections often take hours or months to build — losing all data instantly is unacceptable.
A subscription app without data persistence is poor design and very disappointing. Until a proper save/restore or account-based backup system is added, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

1 - 2022 royal coat or arms tooth fairy 50p with the star privy mark on the reverse
2 - 2022 royal coat of arms 26/22 privy mark on the front next to the queens portrait(symbolising the birth and death of the queen)
3 - 2023 salmon 50p (with the crown privy mark next to the kings portrait

Really good
Very handy for prices some are a little bit high. But a very good guide making sure you don’t get ripped off when buying or selling. I’ve had three phones with three separate accounts and didn’t mind one bit purchasing. This app three times.
