Giving it 2 stars because it use to work for the most part. It’s supposed to work even with no bars or service but it never does. And NOW it takes forever to get it working because the app takes long to load and sometimes doesn’t and just crashes.

Constant crashes/not sending results
I was forced to buy an iPhone by the court since this app simply doesn’t work at all on a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra.. to no surprise at all, it has the same issues on a new iPhone. Unbelievable! App takes multiple times to just stay open, takes multiple tries to connect to blower device, once finally able to test, the results sit in a “waiting to send” pending status as if I’m not in great WiFi or full bars 5G. What a tragedy truly.

CheckBAC good customer service, BEWARE OF AFFILIATE THINK TWICE
I am giving a 5 star here because of the exceptional customer service I received from the founder of this company, Rodney Stearns. He went above and beyond when my car would not start hours away from my house to come troubleshoot the faulty device I received from Think Twice, (led by Forrest McKai) and also reimburse me for the uber fees I incurred because of this inconvenience. If it was not for Mr. Stearns, I would have been stranded, and YOU WILL TOO IF YOU PURCHASE ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS THROUGH THINK TWICE.

Do not do business with their affiliate Think Twice. If you notice, they have 105 5 star reviews on their website but no option to actually LEAVE A REVIEW YOURSELF. All their reviews are faked, and Forrest McKai (one of the co-founders) specifically is one of the most incompetent people I have EVER interacted with. When my car would not start because of faulty hardware and software, he almost always did not respond to my calls although he was my contact at the company. When he did respond, he was very condescending and showed a clear lack of understanding of the hardware and software that his company sells subscriptions for. He has no right to be running a business, and I would absolutely leave a 0 star review of Think Twice if I was able to. PLEASE BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THINK TWICE AND AVOID FORREST MCKAI IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE.

Useful app
Wish they had more frequent updates to keep up with iOS, but no issues. The ones I have experienced have been due to the device I was provided
Needs an update for iOS 17.1.1
After updating iOS, I keep constantly getting errors with the app every time I have to use my device. It will eventually work, but the app will close itself once the countdown ends. It’s either the app closes itself completely or my device will be ready and when it’s time to blow, it will turn my device off and lock it for a minute. Needs a compatibility update for the latest iOS

Good with the latest update
Last update offers a good bug fix. No issues so far with the app, when I had an issue, it was with the device.
Stopped working with ios 16.5. Cannot drive my car @ all.
Updated my iOS to 16.5 last night and lo and behold the app crashes immediately when I turn on the tester. I missed work today. Don’t know what I’m going to do tomorrow. You cannot imagine how much I despise this app.
Support for App is Horrible
They have all these contacts and information regarding the app however they don't answer or email back. Would not recommend
