Unable to create an account and cannot synchronize between iPhone and iPad.

Can’t Sign In, Sign up or Reset Password
i’m trying to sign in sign up and or reset my password and it won’t let me do that. Can you please fix it?
Awful Now
I have had this Checkbook app for years and I loved it. The only one I had. It ended up not being supported. The last update was seven years ago. I only just noticed that. I can't even look back one year when I'm trying to find out how much I paid for something. This app is such a letdown. I'm looking for new ones now.

EASY
A check register for your phone! I’ve used it for many (I’ve forgotten how many) years and it still impresses me! As tax time rolls around I could fill out a personal long form and my corporate forms from just my phone if needed! A breeze to use!
Cannot sync
I have been trying to work with their support to sync this app between my ipad and iphone, but it does not work. Support sends me emails with directions that don’t work, but they will not address why or even assist in setting up the sync. So, if you’re looking for a checkbook that will not sync with your devices this works, if not, you’re screwed.

A good app once you learn the format. Was confusing at first, no good explanation. But, finally got it and now I love it!!
Reliable
I have used this app since 2011 and for almost 15 years, it has not failed me at all. It is safe to say that this app is here to stay for the long haul. And I don’t want to use any other app.

Staple in my finance tracking
I bought this app years ago..I’ve had it and used it daily since 2018. If you used to like writing in your register, this is the best digital check book app I found! I have all my accounts on here. If I could change anything on the app, it would be let me hide, not delete but hide inactive accounts.. Just for a cleaner view! Also a search feature would be nice sometimes! But I really enjoy being able to look back on all these years I can generally find things in the category view if I know how I categorized them!

App Death?
I have been using this app for almost 10 years. It was so good and so perfect. Now it seems with the latest IOS 18 update, even though the App Store says it works, the developers have given up and are forcing us to move to the paid version. It is unacceptable that I cannot even get into the app to export the data file. Very disappointing.

This app used to be great but the developers appear to have abandoned it so that they can have the same app with an ongoing subscription pay version. Mine no longer works after last iOS update.

App stopped working
The pro version was bare bones as it gets with few features and redeeming qualities. But for some reason the app just stopped working, freezes on the main screen then force quits. The support page or report a problem link doesn’t work.

App no longer opens! Did you discontinue the app? Would've been nice to have a heads up. I rely heavily on this app, now all my info is gone & creating an account NEVER WORKED... It WAS a nice app, I WAS using it daily! ☹️

I can’t even sign up. Tells me to check the email and/or password. Won’t accept any password.

Not able to open an account. Company doesn’t respond to support request. Don’t pay for this app unless you are able to open an account first. Even though I paid for premium, I can’t sync between devices!
