checkers needs to be more challenging

The game is good but I win 92 percent of the time. Another problem is the advertisements. I paid for checkers years go which was always suppose to be free from avertisements. The whole idea was to be ad free ...all of a sudden that stopped. Why? Did you forget or you dont honor what was promised.

FAQ

What is Checkers?

Checkers is a classic two-player strategy board game. Players position their pieces on the dark squares of a checkerboard and take turns moving them diagonally. The objective is to capture all of the opponent's pieces or block them from making any moves.

How do you play Checkers?

Players move their pieces diagonally one square forward. If an opponent's piece is adjacent and the square beyond is empty, you can jump over and capture it. Pieces that reach the opponent's side of the board become 'crowned' and can move or jump in any diagonal direction.

Is Checkers free to play?

Yes, this version of Checkers is free to play. It is supported by advertisements, which are displayed within the application.

Can I turn off the mandatory jump rule?

Yes, the app includes a setting that allows you to turn off the rule requiring mandatory jumps. This provides flexibility in how you play the game.

What happens when a piece reaches the end of the board?

When a player's piece reaches the furthest forward row of squares (the opponent's side of the board), it gets 'crowned'. A crowned piece gains the ability to move and jump in any diagonal direction, significantly increasing its strategic potential.
