No recent Updates
This App has not had an update in 5 years. The functionality is basic and limited. If a company was vested in their product one would expect any update at least once a year to keep up with their peers.
Far Too Limited Functionality
Come on Checkfront you can do much better than this. Should be able to have a good amount of the web interface functionality in an app. For my purposes this is nearly useless.
Horrible and makes me very angry that I'm forced to use it.
The mobile web-based version isn't much better either.
Lacks the most basic functions
This app lacks any kind of useful functionality, you can’t change bookings or see them in time order without going to the actual booking . Can’t see if customers have signed a waiver. It really only can check someone in. That’s all.
Not all business have a computer or internet , some are off grid and rely on phones . Whilst Checkfront in general have great customer service there are a lot of things that need work. . Sorry guys but this is a major downfall. I hope you update soon !
