Waste of time
This is a highly problematic app, you’ll log in, then if you need to access the help section you’ll have to log in again. It takes multiple names , short names, usernames ect. Not simply at all. They are nice in person but the whole thing was meant to save time and it’s not. Just talk to the client and book them yourself it’s way easier than this nightmare.

Good when works
Clearly I relate in the app for my every day business needs. Mainly hand held mobile functionality is super essential for our business. I’m constantly being logged out and at times not shore to log back in with a “forbidden log in” message. It really does down my boarding process.
Good but…
The app works fine. But if the login process could be simplified, it would be great.
I need to ré-enter the company’s name, my profile and the password too often.

Horrible app
This app is horribly unreliable. Its constantly logging me out, constantly having me "authentic" my login credentials, by logging me out. Like middle of my tour! And now I cant login because every attempt fails to authenticate. Bogus! Stop wasting my time.
Parfaite ergonomie
L’application est parfaitement adaptée et liée à la plateforme web. Les possibilités d’enregistrement/check-in sont bien faites avec possibilité de hors-connexion.
