They take 50%+
I tried this out to get more sales but Groupon gets 50% + of your sale!
Example:
You're coupon of $100 is being offered to customers for 20% off.
$100 - 20% = $80 (so you're losing $20).
Then Groupon takes 50% of that $80.
You pocket $40 of that $80.
So in total, the $100 coupon you offered, you lost $20+$40 =$60.
Who wants to lose 60% of a sale?!
AND you can't just delete your account, they have to review it before deleting it.
AND you can't delete a coupon (campaign) when it's live.

Glitchy and buggy software
Both the online computer version an app glitch, and don’t process things. Everything isn’t that transparent and is insane the amount of little support a company that is a middleman and basically has to do nothing Except milk it’s cash cows

Bad update!
The new update completely ruined the app and it’s just a glorified bookmark to the website.. send the scan feature is now broken + it takes longer to load or doesn’t load at all when I can log into the website just fine. Whoever decided to change the app to a web app needs to be fired. Please change it back or go through another design language phase. I have no issues with Groupon it’s self but this app redesign was a HORRENDOUS who even green lighted this thing…
