AMC tickets misunderstanding
I want to sincerely thank the Groupon Support team for their patience, professionalism, and dedication in resolving my issue.
I originally purchased six AMC movie tickets, but due to an email address typo during checkout, four of my tickets were sent to the wrong email address. It took some time and a few conversations with customer support to get everything sorted out. At one point, I even received replacement tickets that appeared to have already been used, which was frustrating. However, I continued working with the support team, and they took the time to investigate my situation thoroughly.
Today, I was finally able to use my tickets without any issues, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They honored my request and made sure the matter was resolved.
Thank you for listening to my concerns, following through, and providing excellent customer service. It truly means a lot when a company stands behind its customers and works to make things right. I appreciate all of your efforts and am happy to say that this experience ended on a positive note.
