08/25 App not working
Nothing in the app is loading, I e tried opening it on wifi, on cellular data only & I did the latest update nothing is working
I’m Overseas and u can’t use Groupon to order stuff
And have it at my home in Return , absolutely Ridiculous

After buying a Groupon I tried to make a reservation at the restaurant only to find out the restaurant had closed. Contacted Groupon to try and get money back but all they will give me is Groupon bucks

I noticed that the cost of an activity jumped from about $24 to $45 dollars when I put on location services. I suppose the more convenient it is to use a deal, the more it cost.

Not happy with the service
I have been a Groupon customer for some time and have purchased several vouchers from Max Therapy after having a positive experience in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
It was extremely difficult to secure an appointment, and when I finally did, I felt that I was treated differently because I had purchased the service through Groupon. At one point, it seemed that staff were reluctant to provide the massage, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer.
Following this experience, I contacted Groupon to request a refund for my unused vouchers. Given the poor service and the amount involved (around $200), I hoped for some flexibility or goodwill consideration. However, my request was declined based on the 5-day refund policy, despite the issue only becoming apparent after attempting to use the service.
I believe Groupon should reconsider how customer concerns are handled in situations where the quality of the service does not meet reasonable expectations. Loyal customers should feel supported when genuine issues arise.
Overall, this experience has left me disappointed with both the merchant and Groupon’s customer service.

Worst App I’ve used
Couldn’t sign in on browser due to an “API error” not sending my email a code. Now downloaded the app, added my coupon and it’s not showing. Try add it again and it says it’s already been redeemed. Terrible UX
