You will die before you get customer support
I basically got ripped off for $50 with absolutely no way to contact anyone but a bot. Buyer beware. If Groupon messes up you’ve just kisses your hard-earned money goodbye.
False advertisement
Reservation clearly stated that there was a free cancellation as I booked a two night stay instead of a one night they would not refund my prior reservation!
Deceptive
Many of the posting advertise full refunds if cancelled within 3 days, but does not tell you that the refund is for their “Groupon Bucks,” not an actual refund. I tried to return tickets the same day I purchased (as advertised) but then they say that the cancellation period has expired? It’s not worth it.

I tried to get a refund for something that would not honor my request. They refused. They said I hadn’t come back in three days. It had been four days. I spent $123. I didn’t even want a cash refund. I just wanted to switch my service to a different provider.

Groupon Doesn’t Protect Customers When Fraud Happe
My experience was extremely disappointing. When I had an issue that I believe involved fraud, I expected Groupon to protect me as a customer and help resolve the situation. Instead, I felt that Groupon did not take responsibility or provide an appropriate solution. Customers deserve better protection and support when something like this happens.

BUYER BEWARE- This is a SCAM to make $. I placed an order with them and was unable to fully use the Groupon with the merchant Teleflora. I was told they couldn’t apply it at check out , still they took both orders & $ but they still will not give me my refund for my Groupon they confirmed was never applied or used and even called me by the wrong name. For the amount of $ it’s very sad they will not make it right when admitting it was not even used or redeemed with Teleflora but still are keeping all my & and now BOTH places have lost a loyal customer because of a horrible customer service choice.
