Very disappointing experience with Groupon Canada. I purchased tickets for Xtreme Trampoline Park, but the park no longer accepted Groupon vouchers because their agreement with Groupon had ended. Even though I paid for a service I couldn’t use, Groupon refused to refund my money. After two months of back-and-forth, they only offered over $200 in Groupon Bucks instead of returning my payment. I don’t want store credit—I want my money back. This feels unfair and misleading. I won’t be using Groupon again.
