The app works great… until it doesn’t. I haven’t been able to swipe credit cards for a month due to what MB says is a Square issue. Processing them manually costs more in fees, so it’s not just additional work and looking unprofessional, it’s PAYING MORE as well. Although this apparently has affected many users there have been no notifications or updates and my last email to support on Thursday still has not been answered (5 days ago). MB has less problems than it used to but I can’t say it has ever worked well for long enough for me to recommend it to someone.

Great, phone access for reviews please
Everything works well except I must access reviews from my laptop, not my phone. That needs to be fixed! Also, need a safeguard where people can schedule within 2 hours of my business hours, not a 24 hour period. It’s not cool to see that someone has scheduled an 8am while I’ve been sleeping!
