Notices sent to clients
MassageBook Manager sent a marketing email to all employees f my clients asking them to rebook! I didn’t know about this or agree to it. Now I’m getting tons of emails from past clients asking g why that was sent!!

Sneaky Fees
I’ve used massage book for years and on numerous occasions I have indicated that I did not want bookings coming through massage book. I would check the box because they take like 20% of your fee and somehow the box keeps getting unchecked and I keep getting charged these fees so I will be switching to Acuity.

I’m still getter no soap note reminders for a client I already entered soap notes for.
Last update issues
Last update is glitching horribly on Mr 14pro. Making you do soap notes multiple times and no way to get rid of the extras🤷

Scheduling reminders are very sketchy. Many dont get sent
Loosing money weekly if i rely on the scheduler to remind my clients via the promised tools.
Great just needs a few things
Been using this app since COVID started for my massage practice and the customizable forms are amazing. The appearance of the site for scheduling is clunky and needs a makeover. Having the option for clients to schedule before calling ahead would be nice. If this integrated better with Wix it would be great too. Overall people seem to understand how to schedule and I like how easy it is on manager end for booking. The campaigns always go to my clients inbox as well.
