Discrimination!!!
I am a blind LMT and was trying to sign up for this service but the app was not accessible enough with voiceover so I was not able to. I wrote customer service and they told me just to get someone to help me with it. I told them that I don't have anyone to help me with it and it is their job and they did not write me back. Either they fix this or they will be facing a massive lawsuit due to not being compliant with federal regulations! Promise!

They never send any appointments to you. Instant confirm doesn’t work. I think I have gotten one appointment in the last 6 months
Fake app!
The app is NOT real! I used to work for this app since 2016… it used to work very well. Then I bought a car from Coggin GMC in Jacksonville where they gave me a credit report that told me that the company ended my employment and yet my app was still doing background checks on me… and taking my massage license credentials and professional licensure information! All of the massages coming in would disappear within 2 minutes… just long enough to get my location information…. When you sign into the account with a computer it states that NOONE picked up the massage! But on the app it would say that another therapist took the massage! Then one day the app disappeared from my phone and when I went to reinstall it would only open in the App Store! Now I have just gone thru a bad divorce to a man who’s girlfriend keeps hitting on my son and his lawyer has done more illegal things then I can count! DCF cases going nowhere… Malpractice (a 6yr old who has been double vaccinated and deprived his medication) 3 of my jobs messed with at the same company! And a massage app! But this is all against HIPPAA and OSHA it puts patients and clients lives in danger when their information and addresses are compromised!!! Our government does nothing to protect anyone of yall who utilize apps like this! Please be advised

Good app
It easy to use. the only thing I would like them to change is the availability when it comes to giving clients specific hrs. (Especially being requested from clients)I would like to give them exact time frame when can I take an appointment. Giving broad hrs isn’t helpful especially when you have other appointments from other places. Soothe isn’t the only app I use to get work. So when come to giving clients my availability it be helpful to give them exact hrs. Also what happened to being able to extend appointments on the app. I don’t see the function anymore. I like it when I was able ask the client if they would like to extend the time during the session. Now just have to work with the time the client requested. I’m not busy as I used to be with Soothe. I remember I would get a lot offers and request from the app. I don’t know how they use the areas I like to receive offers but that has change too. I liked when it was city to city we can choose from. Or county by that matter Now it just circling on a map to just your choice of place to work in.
