I chose a handful of therapists to book with, but the app chose a random therapist for me instead. One who didn’t have a photo, no reviews, and who just joined Soothe a few months ago. I cancelled the appointment right away and was charged $77. My points weren’t refunded either. Horrible experience.

I was in LA for a red carpet event and booked a makeup appointment with “Jennifer” (5 star reviews). I contacted her the day before so she knew where to park and to let her know what I wanted. She said she would need 1 1/2 hours. Jennifer did not show up for my appointment the next day. I went to leave a 1 star review but was told I couldn’t because the appointment never happened! No wonder she sits at 5 stars if you can’t report her no shows! Soothe said she called in sick. I was never informed.

It’s a scam
Do not sign up for the subscription! You can never book, every appointment is cancelled at the last second and you just accumulate points you can’t use, Soothe won’t refund and you lose when you cancel. Total scam.
Bad app and customer service experience
Today i tried for 35 minutes on the website and app while both crashed over and over. Just go on Google Maps and find a good place and drive there. YOUll get your massage faster with less headache.
