Your App is TERRIBLE
Here we are again…PLEASE, for the love of GOD, FIX YOUR PASSWORD STORAGE!! I mentioned this last review - I’m seriously about to cancel my membership over this amateur nonsense. Here’s the short amount of code to fix it!! It’s been beyond ridiculous for over a year.

I use this app monthly to manage my appointments because I’m a PAYING MONTHLY MEMBER. Every…freaking…time I open the app my password needs to be re-set. Yes, I know how to store my password. Yes, I save it to my passwords. Yet, every TIME I open the app I have to reset my password. Figure it out. It’s not a hard problem to solve. It’s so annoying I’m on the verge of cancelling my membership. BTW - this is my third review.

Needs some updates
PLEASE update so you can cancel and rebook from the app and so you can see your points!! That's the only thing preventing 5 stars!
No membership data
Why bother having an app if it doesn’t provide basic data? I have a monthly membership and it doesn’t show how many massage visits I have used / earned and what my balance is.
They obviously paid someone a lot of $$ to develop this app, but didn’t include basic functions that members would need.

Clunky and slow. One of the worst apps I’ve seen
App flow is terrible and you know it
My reservations have worked with this app about half the time. Somehow that is user error. Fair enough, but your staff admits it “happens all the time. You probably missed the last step”. I’m probably just too old to figure it out. But then I’m apparently too old to spend my money here. Your app and support lost you a client. Someone that provides service will gain it. Keep my credits- can’t use em anyway.
