No option to cancel scheduled appointment?
I cannot believe they have removed the option to cancel a scheduled appointment when you can never get anyone on the phone, and maybe you get a response via text and maybe you don’t. What a horrible app expert for members!
No longer do much on the app
I can no longer see how many credits I have and I cannot cancel appointments. Main reason I chose this franchise was ease of making and managing appointments. I don’t have time during day to call places, so this membership might not be for me anymore
Horrible!!
Cannot create an account. It will not send an email to verify to create the account. I have tried contacting store and they are aware and no help. No way to contact any support or get help with app. Completely disappointed that I signed up for a membership and cannot book or manage my appointment or membership using this app. Never have I had such a horrible experience with no one willing to help. They just say “we know sorry there is nothing we can do.”

Why can’t I see how many paid sessions I have banked. Would also like to have ability to gift a person online instead of having to contact my home franchise

This app is not functional at all so you can make appointments but can cancel or reschedule! Please note, the point of an app is to make life easier!!

Good to book appointments… nothing else. Won’t even show you past appointments. The staff was the one who told me the app sucks but I still use it exclusively to book an appointment
Used to be ideal
Today, I’ve updated my app and now I cannot book an appointment. This app has been very successful at booking appointments for years. Now, it’s requiring RELIEF massage versus RELAXATION massage, and it’s stuck on Relief, despite no check mark. My sites have no availability for Relief massage. Why would the app creators invent a massage category without coordinating with the facilities, and help them create appropriate scheduling slots for new categories. Also, why specify this designation which limits appointment fulfillment? Most of all, why default to relief and make it impossible to switch? One ponders whether the sites have slots for Relaxation, either?

Too many steps
This app has way too many steps to see open availability. It would be so much easier to select “massage” as the service you want and then see all open time slots at any location and then customize it from there. This would make me book way more often. Also - add a last minute massage option for deciding to get a massage on the fly.

App should show account credits
Massage Envy is great, the app could be a much better experience. The user should be able to easily see how many credits are available for services.
Managing appts is frustrating
It’s horrendously frustrating that you can’t cancel appointments on the app for. Things happen, schedules change. I want to be able to book/rebook by myself!

The only reason I’m even going to this place is bc I have a gift certificate. The app is awful , the car-salesman selling of memberships is annoying, the pricing(online/intro) is just ridiculous and losing time that you are paying for bc of “consult” is awful. They seriously need to review their business plan and customer service.

PLEASE ADD BANKED SESSIONS
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the # of banked sessions visible on our account on the app. It is so frustrating that this is not transparent and you have to asked directly to find out.
Missing the mark
On the app you can book appointments, but you can’t see how many credits you have available. It would be good to also add the ability to suspend or cancel your subscription
Your App is TERRIBLE
Here we are again…PLEASE, for the love of GOD, FIX YOUR PASSWORD STORAGE!! I mentioned this last review - I’m seriously about to cancel my membership over this amateur nonsense. Here’s the short amount of code to fix it!! It’s been beyond ridiculous for over a year.

Yes, I save it to my passwords. Yet, every TIME I open the app I have to reset my password. Figure it out. It’s not a hard problem to solve. It’s so annoying I’m on the verge of cancelling my membership. BTW - this is my third review.

Needs some updates
PLEASE update so you can cancel and rebook from the app and so you can see your points!! That's the only thing preventing 5 stars!
No membership data
Why bother having an app if it doesn’t provide basic data? I have a monthly membership and it doesn’t show how many massage visits I have used / earned and what my balance is.
They obviously paid someone a lot of $$ to develop this app, but didn’t include basic functions that members would need.

Clunky and slow. One of the worst apps I’ve seen
App flow is terrible and you know it
My reservations have worked with this app about half the time. Somehow that is user error. Fair enough, but your staff admits it “happens all the time. You probably missed the last step”. I’m probably just too old to figure it out. But then I’m apparently too old to spend my money here. Your app and support lost you a client. Someone that provides service will gain it. Keep my credits- can’t use em anyway.

Update fail, logs out after every new appointment
Just updated to book several future massages. Newly updated app (June ‘26) logs you out after every confirmation. Have to log in again!
It’s booking ONLY
I love being a member but the app is awful! I wish the essentials were available to make the app more functional. Example a list of all of my providers and not just most recent and how many massages I have available to me, and reminders of your fav has an opening.
