They always have so dumb issue with scheduling. If I pick a damn day clearly it’s the day I have available. We have lives too like it’s always something on that stupid app

Stuck in the online waiting room
It seems that for the past few weeks I haven’t been able to enter into my appointment with my care provider due to some issue with the waiting room. Could we get that resolved? I’m sure my insurance provider would appreciate it.
