What's New in Berry Street Nutrition Therapy

2.4.1

July 22, 2026

Bugfixes and improvements.

User reviews

The new update sucks

I don’t know how to log my food anymore and the photo and search function are completely gone and when I try to write what I ate in the journal it won’t let me submit it. This is so frustrating because I got very straight strictly so I had an app to log my food and count the calories for me.

Love this app

I was skeptical in the beginning. Really easy to use and keep trap. Highly recommend!

Go to care for nutrition

I’ve been using Berry Street Nutrition Therapy for a year now. Prior to making my first appointment I had no clue what I needed to be eating for a healthier lifestyle. I needed to change my life around and that is exactly what my Registered Dietitian, Kirsten, did for me.
We meet at least 2 times a month. Medical Drs. just say eat less, exercise more as a way to get healthy. No sir that is not what we need to do to get healthy. Get healthy is a long term change and my RD has me on the right plan! If something doesn’t work, we work to figure out a next step. I love the app, too. It allows me to be in contact as needed.

terrible app, terrible customer service…run do not use this service.

Absolutely terrible experience, terrible customer service and even worse business practices. I booked a nutritionist through them. For a time things were great, I worked with my nutritionist for a period of months with fairly limited issues. Their nutrition app was terrible but I digress that alone would not be grounds for a poor review. After a while my nutritionist just wasn't really putting their best foot forward. Told me they would do some research and follow up. Never really followed up on issues. I decided to use the "find new nutritionist" feature. Once I did I was setup with another one that I don't even believe was a real human. I attended 2 scheduled meetings and the provider was a no show both times. I reached out to customer support to let them know that my provider continued to miss appointments. I attempted on two separate occasions to message my provider through the Berry Street platform and still recieved no communication what so ever. After reaching out to customer support I was informed I could be set up with another dietician. I did not feel like wasting my time with this platform anymore. I kindly asked them to cancel my plan. They proceeded to bill me 75$ for not showing up to an appointment I was actively sitting in. I reached back out upset that they charged me and was told it would be refunded and my account was canceled. Less than 24 hours later they bill me another 75$ after being told my account was canceled. Stay away, massive headache and now a business with poor business practices has my health info on file.
