We had scheduled two back to back 90m massages. Great communication on the front end to set up everything.
However the therapist arrived at our hotel, complained about finding parking and canceled. It took hours to get Zeel app support. I’m very disappointed and will be making other plans in the future. This was a real let down, first by the therapist and then not getting timely help or support.
Edit: I finally get a response over 3 WEEKS after the issue occurred despite a chat entry and an email from me asking for help??? There is no coming back from that long a wait asking for help and a resolution. Nope. We’re done.
