Always have to delete app and reinstall. Screen just turns black. 50% of the time.

Horribly Complicated for No Reason

This is by far the most annoying software I’ve used in over 25 years. Horrible for the end user. I am very proficient in software applications and this one is terrible. They make it difficult for nearly every feature and function. Ridiculous
