Too much issues
There’s so many issues, gps is incorrect with the app nor real time tip as advertised

I hate this app why the heck it signs me out then takes forever to login then wont load
Awful User Interface
I’ve worked with Vagaro, Fresha, Mango Mint, and other apps within my aesthetic career - and MyZen by Zenoti has got to be the worst one I’ve ever used.
The user interface makes it impossible to work with.
It’s no intuitive, it’s hard to read and navigate, it’s just…. Bad. Really bad.
Myself and my colleagues ONLY use the app to check our commissions and tips. That’s it. Which is sad, as I would love to just check my app on my phone when I need to quickly see something with my patients, but it’s not even worth opening this app to use. I’d rather get on the desktop version.
Please for the love of god, update this app to make it more user friendly.

Wish the calendar could shrink down
I quit my job over this system.
This entire system was actually part of the reason I finally quit my salon. It’s impossible to do some of the most basic functions that a booking app should be able to do; I cannot change/move appointment start times or view important client info like phone number if I need to reach them outside of their little messenger. Not to mention the constantly making us change our passwords and requiring one to log into my app every single time just to look at my own schedule?? I would 100% rather go back to MyTime or Mindbody than ever use Zenoti again.

Horribly Complicated for No Reason
This is by far the most annoying software I’ve used in over 25 years. Horrible for the end user. I am very proficient in software applications and this one is terrible. They make it difficult for nearly every feature and function. Ridiculous

I have an iPhone and I have to redownload this app many times just for it to log me in, sometimes it works but sometimes I get the dreaded black screen instead, pls fix this. I can’t clock in or out when this doesn’t work.
Not a fan
I’m a tattoo artist, this app doesn’t allow you to take deposits or “cancellation fees” and doesn’t give you nearly as much access as it does on a laptop with the main account. I can’t make edits to appointments or client profiles unless I’m in studio so if I book something at home I can’t make adjustments until I’m back at work.

This app constantly signs me out then runs slow when I need to look at my appointments. This app seems to be cluttered, I get it. You can see everything but when you can’t change the size of the schedule itself, you have to look at the appointments individually. I still use the original Zenoti app. Fast and easier to navigate.

Can you fix the glitches please?!
Can you plz ease fix the glitches? None of the apps or browsers functioning correctly. None of my coworkers or myself have been able to access tip reports from the current pay period for the last week.
Terrible
I work for a spa that uses this platform and it’s horrible! It’s extremely unreliable, glitchy and frustrating. When it’s time to clock in and out, it freezes. if it was my call, we would find an alternative option. Would never recommend this app for a business!!!!!!!!
