Horribly Complicated for No Reason
This is by far the most annoying software I’ve used in over 25 years. Horrible for the end user. I am very proficient in software applications and this one is terrible. They make it difficult for nearly every feature and function. Ridiculous

I have an iPhone and I have to redownload this app many times just for it to log me in, sometimes it works but sometimes I get the dreaded black screen instead, pls fix this. I can’t clock in or out when this doesn’t work.
Not a fan
I’m a tattoo artist, this app doesn’t allow you to take deposits or “cancellation fees” and doesn’t give you nearly as much access as it does on a laptop with the main account. I can’t make edits to appointments or client profiles unless I’m in studio so if I book something at home I can’t make adjustments until I’m back at work.

Work app
This app constantly signs me out then runs slow when I need to look at my appointments. This app seems to be cluttered, I get it. You can see everything but when you can’t change the size of the schedule itself, you have to look at the appointments individually. I still use the original Zenoti app. Fast and easier to navigate.

Can you plz ease fix the glitches? None of the apps or browsers functioning correctly. None of my coworkers or myself have been able to access tip reports from the current pay period for the last week.
Terrible
I work for a spa that uses this platform and it’s horrible! It’s extremely unreliable, glitchy and frustrating. When it’s time to clock in and out, it freezes. if it was my call, we would find an alternative option. Would never recommend this app for a business!!!!!!!!
POV
Too many steps to make appointments! Too many steps to checkout! I’ve been a stylist for over 30 years. Had to learn multiple different check in systems. By far this the most complicated one I’ve ever encountered . In my personal opinion. Most definitely not user friendly.
Not user-friendly & not sophisticated enough for spa teams
Terrible interface, insufficient information available to users about themselves & their clients, limits essential access to practitioners for planning & executing daily tasks, AI is not an asset. Has resulted in multiple double-bookings, failed to offer booking time slots online when time & practitioners were available, and makes it difficult to coordinate and deconflict various equipment & practitioner resources.
Our team had been using Vagaro and we were all much happier with that software as compared to Zenoti. We all wish we could go back. It’s been traumatic for our team to try maintaining positive team cohesion and to be open-minded to a new avenue that management has been exploring by implementing Zenoti, but we’re getting tired of trying to put on a brave face to make our managers feel better about their poor decision to switch to an inferior product (seemingly not having done their due diligence in research prior to executing the swap or having been misled by Zenoti’s sales reps to think that the system is more capable and robust than it actually is). I’m sure that Zenoti is good for some industries and businesses, but we’ve found that the complexity of a small-medium sized spa is beyond Zenoti’s ability to effectively support.

works great...when it works
this app works great, when it wants to load. id say about 25% of the time it wont load to open so i can see my tips or whats currently on my tip card. or what appointments i have for the day. 🙃
Always messing up
Never know when the app is going to work. it’s always been unpredictable since i’ve had it but the past week It won’t even open without me having to delete the app then redownloading it, then it will stop working again. Super inconvenient
