It’s a scam
Do not sign up for the subscription! You can never book, every appointment is cancelled at the last second and you just accumulate points you can’t use, Soothe won’t refund and you lose when you cancel. Total scam.
Bad app and customer service experience
Today i tried for 35 minutes on the website and app while both crashed over and over. Just go on Google Maps and find a good place and drive there. YOUll get your massage faster with less headache.

Scam. Refusing to refund after making impossible to book for months
Scam. This place used to work for me, but there’s been a technical issue that's prevented me from booking anything for months, and customer service refuses to refund my membership because of their T&Cs. I've emailed support for months about this, and they keep saying they'll escalate to leadership, then the same person replies with "no because our T&Cs." Meanwhile, I've been charged hundreds and the system continues to show zero availability in my area for the foreseeable months. Cancel while you can.

Garbage customer service
The app mis-represents how easy is it to book providers, then their customer service ghosts you when you get locked out on every first login attempt.
Tech support; unreliable, massage therapists
Contacting support has been a very difficult experience and very stressful. They respond, but give advice that is were either incorrect or unrelated to what you asked for.
Also, the massage therapists are constantly canceling on you with very little notice, making it extremely difficult to book a reliable massage.

Glitchy and not intuitive
The app is fine, but the glitches make for a very sour experience. First, a particular therapist may appear to have wide open availability. In reality, they have much more limited spots open and you have to wait minutes or hours to see if your appointment will actually be accepted. Then after your session is complete, often the next day, you get a prompt to leave a review and a tip. Problem is that you’ve already submitted a review and provided a tip. So you have to send yourself a receipt and ensure the tip was actually given. It’s just very confusing and unnecessary.

Horrible Scammers Do Not Book
I was recommended this ap from a friend and it had been a entire horrible experience! I booked for 4 days straight and each one was canceled and not met for the booking, they don’t have any providers to do the work but will collect your money and won’t refund you. I been trying to get refunded and they insist on keeping my money and not being able to complete the reservation. Stay far away from this ap unless you want to be scammed out of your money find a real massage office that you can walk in and pay don’t trust this ap

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I tried to book an appointment for my husband for Valentine’s Day and for some reason, although booking the appointment at a specific time, they gave me the appointment at the wrong time, but since I had booked it within the four hour timeframe from the appt, they would charge me 100% of the reschedule and 100% of the cancellation eve though this wasn’t even my fault. Their system sucks the chat box sucks. It’s hard to get ahold of anybody directly. They’ll communicate with you by email and they’re the only ones that will call you but if you call them you won’t get through to them. The masseuses don’t even have a way to release the appointment and pass it on to someone else. If that masseuse can’t work with you then you’re pretty much stuck. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend using this application and the service provider.

Beware
With the subscription- if you decide to stop paying and have unused credits those credits expire which in my case would have been a waste of over $2k so now I’m stuck paying to not lose these credits.
Also the providers are unreliable- just had one cancel 40 minutes before the service. If you cancel last minute on them, you pay. If they cancel? You get nothing.

Scam avoid at all costs
It’s a scam guys. You pay your monthly membership and providers don’t arrive, support is poor, avoid at all costs. You’ll do better with many other services. Not what it used to be ….trust me I’ve spent over 20k with this app …back when it was decent.
Therapist cancels last minute
Therapist cancelled last minute after I arranged my whole day around the massage. They call me and tell me “sorry and I’ll get a refund and that’s all they can do”. Ridiculous service. Clearly you need to reimburse me for wasting my time.

Bad management and extremely unprofessional providers- no shows and last minute cancellation
Find massage somewhere else please. The first massage I booked, she canceled last minute. Yes, provider can cancel without any consequence and if patient cancel last minute we need to pay full amount;
The second time I book massage, she never even show up! How ridiculous.
I’ve talked to support on both issues. The support team can’t do anything about it. Very frustrated and angry on the time I spent on these booking and waiting for bookings.

Wonderful non-spa, cozy alternative!
If case you can’t make it to a spa or simply want a massage, facial, nail, or hair services done in-home, in-hotel, or any other location than a spa, this is the place to order these services from! : -)
Some states have limited services, based on availability of service type people, but massages are always available in every state I’ve tried so far (CA, MA, DC, VA, NC, NY, FL).
All employees have a background check and are safe to have in your home (thinking of women in particular). I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.

So Awesome
You know the experience is great when you fall asleep! I get the Swedish massage and almost every time I fall asleep on the table. The music, the techniques…yup knocked out !
No refund
I booked a massage for August 5, but no provider was assigned. I rescheduled for August 6, and the same thing happened again. I had to change my booking to a Swedish massage instead of my original choice. I emailed the company requesting a refund due to the repeated inconvenience, but no one replied to my email, and I never received my money back. Very disappointing experience, and I hope the company improves its scheduling and customer service.

Spam Push Notifications STILL?
I just downloaded this app again after previously deleting it when I wasn’t able to book through it and all I was getting with Spam… Downloaded it again got a massage. Great now I’m getting spam push notifications again, and don’t see any option to customize the notifications I receive. So I can either turn off all notifications and never know when my massage therapist is showing up or needs help, or get spammed with useless Father’s Day deals…
I thought Apple required app developers to give us an option to opt out of the marketing messages… but it’s been at least a year since I tried to sign up for this last time so I think that would’ve been implemented by now… I might have to just delete this app again.. waste of time.
PREVIOUS- i tried to give it a shot, even though I had to turn off all app notifications to avoid them spamming me (it’s only on or off, no opt out of marketing… nice..), and the “book now” button did nothing. No error message, no fields highlighted, just nothing. Quit the app and tried again and nothing… so I guess this app is not for me! Lol good luck!
