Not suitable for massage therapists - superior staff mentioned digital forms are not available due to the lack of security within the app. Note taking is available but no templates are provided. Most of my workmates don’t even utilize the program for anything other than a quick look at the schedule.

App issues
When I go to move appointments, the app is really weird and won’t let me move things when I am doing certain services. I will move the appointment. It will say it’s moved and then it won’t move. Or it will say I don’t have time when I do have time so then I will have to cancel appointment appointments and then reschedule it entirely.

We switched from VARGO pro and they were so much better. I love the layout. It was just so much easier.
