We are so frustrated with this new and “improved” system. It take twice as long to do any function. The layering is confusing, it does not reflect past pricing

App issues
When I go to move appointments, the app is really weird and won’t let me move things when I am doing certain services. I will move the appointment. It will say it’s moved and then it won’t move. Or it will say I don’t have time when I do have time so then I will have to cancel appointment appointments and then reschedule it entirely.

We switched from VARGO pro and they were so much better. I love the layout. It was just so much easier.

This is actually a really great app for so many reason especially with the new tip update, but there are many bugs. Many times in the past ive been unable to use the app die to server issues, also im limited as to what im allowed to do on it as a service provider since my salon owner places restrictions although they say its the apps fault, im not sure which is true but the restrictions are real. All in all i can track every little detail and even see my progress over the years. Everything from service and retails sales down to average dollar spent per ticket and things like total cc tips for the week. Im also able to book guests in public like i did tonight at dinner, id say four stars is very fair for this app.

Unlike other platforms, salon biz does not consistently notify practitioners of bookings, moves, or cancellations.

Can’t charge less on a service ticket but can’t charge more at check out. Makes it more time consuming when we have to delete a service to put in another just to charge accordingly

Glitches and is so basic …with technology today, do better!
Not enough options
The fact that you can only look at one day at a time is a huge hindrance on the mobile app. It’s hard to reschedule clients on it.

New update
Ever since the new update it’s still telling me I need the new update. So I have to click over to update and there is no update because I’ve done it already. Waste of time.
Gets the job done but….
The UE design is a little convoluted with so many options. I wish the interface was more simplified.
Checkin and out feature and processing payments
It would be helpful if you can check clients in and out from the app and process/close out tickets once service is complete

Ok not great, some bugs
The app doesn’t always alert me of a new appointment or if the client has made an appointment. The app also doesn’t allow you to tell the difference between a client that cancels their appointment and a client that simply moves their appointment. I’ll get an alert that they’ve canceled when they have rescheduled an appointment. Also the app doesn’t; allow you to move the appointment within the dame day to a different time, I have to look on a desktop for that. I also cannot see the ticket unless i am on a desktop…It would be easier if i can truly do all of this from the app!
