I really love the app
I don’t like the new update. Everything is now in frames, and the app feels cluttered and harder to use. I preferred the previous layout, which was much cleaner and easier to navigate thanks.

really don’t like the new calendar layout. Before the update, the schedule was much cleaner and easier to read.
Now, every appointment and every blocked time appears inside a separate box. As a business owner, I often block time between clients. If I have three or four blocked times along with three or four appointments in one day, the calendar becomes full of boxes, making it difficult to quickly view my schedule. It feels cluttered instead of simple and organized.
I also don’t like that every day on the calendar is now displayed as a square. The previous design looked much softer, cleaner, and more professional. This new layout makes the app feel crowded and less efficient to use.
I was considering upgrading to the Gold plan, but after this update, I honestly don’t feel encouraged to do so. I hope you’ll consider bringing back the previous layout or giving users the option to choose between the old and new design.

Update
The update was great…while it lasted. My app randomly reverted back to the old version after operating on the new version for a week or so. I’ve tried talking to support but nothing has gotten resolved. I’ve been using this app for years and have really been wanting some of the features in the new update and now they are gone again.

So easy for bookings.
Love that it’s simple to add clients, book them, take deposits and comms message them. This has really helped my business grow.
Bugs need fixed ASAP
Myself and three other people I personally know and use gloss genius have had appointments scheduled that seemingly disappear. Not cancelled, just not on the schedule. So yeah I had two clients show up for the same appointment slot. Both of them had confirmation emails and texts. When putting my ticket in the person blamed me for having processing time on. Now tell me why on Earth would I, a massage therapist have any of my settings to allow processing time? Not once will I ever need that tool, I am aware of the that, I have toggled them off.
I’ve also had days closed off for actual months in advance that are just open now for some reason. What did I get today? A notification for an appointment scheduled on the Fourth of July. I won’t even be in town. I’ve had these plans in place since idk probably April. This is actually making me consider changing platforms.
I love all of the tools associated with GG. But it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 full minutes to open the app. My clients are consistently having to wait on me to load between payment and rescheduling their next appointment. I like to think of myself as a pretty patient person but the loading time between simply switching from the checkout and scheduling tabs is aggravating.
