Up date things better
First off make it so I can use my phones browsers to UPDATE MY ACCOUNT not everyone has access to a computer or laptop
I really think you should still give people access to their clients and their info just not the booking and also need to pay in order to have access to what I made for the year also just more money grabbing. After this month I will be changing .

Keep getting wrongly charged
Has happened multiple times now, when I reach out to customer service with evidence you never receive a refund or any help. I have a booking link on my instagram profile for my business, the app keeps wrongly charging me for a first time market place customer. It gets really annoying currently looking for a new booking system which is disappointing as Iβve been with Fresha for a few years . To be over charged ontop of your monthly fee is very disheartening.

Effective for Business & Easy to Navigate
I have been using Fresha since it was previously Schedul. I have watched it evolve over the years and truly appreciate that they have brought on business managers as part of the customer service depending on the tier you have. They continue to hear our needs in the industry and are adapting quickly with the feedback.

Misleading
I do not recommend Fresha. The platform charged fees that were not clearly explained, and I ended up paying for services I did not intend to use. Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue, and getting a clear explanation of the charges was frustrating. If you use this platform, make sure to carefully review all fees and billing settings before signing up. My experience left me feeling misled and disappointed.
