Worst update
Been using this since the “Shedul” days. Has its pros and cons (as all softwares do), but have generally been really happy with it.
Until this latest update. Where they took ALL of our historical appointment notes and put them into, what they call “Legacy Booking Notes”. And these “Legacy Booming Notes” are NOT accessible. So we have, over night, LOST all of our appointment notes for every single customer with zero warning
Contacted Fresha about this. Their response?
“It’s ok, we have your notes, you just can’t access them or see them or edit them. But your NEW notes will be accessible”
I don’t know whose bright idea this was. But if you are using this app, or thinking about it, do NOT update anything until you understand what changes are coming.
Unbelievable.

New Fresha client Fee
The new client fee is extremely expensive, and I do not understand why we are being charged in many cases. We are a local business, and the majority of our clients are not acquired through the Fresha Marketplace. Most of them come to us through word-of-mouth recommendations, referrals from friends, or by simply walking past our business and deciding to book with us.
Despite this, many of these customers are being classified as "new Fresha clients," resulting in fees being charged to us. Since these clients were not generated by Fresha, it seems unfair that we are required to pay such high acquisition fees. I would appreciate a clear explanation of how Fresha determines whether a client is considered a Fresha-acquired client.

Expensive and messy
After a few months I remain unconvinced that this app is even worth having. Disappointed that I’ve seen very little return on my investment. Support vanished when you realise you need more help.
So many mistakes and over charges and it’s so time consuming to update. You can’t block out weeks in diary, you have to do it by day. Hefty charges for new clients and if the client doesn’t cancel their end you have to wait until the day to put as a no show or you get charged. The calendar doesn’t synch with Google so I’m constantly having to update to avoid double bookings.
It’s just not worth the effort because until you get a review you’re not even found on the app and no one scrolls down. I’m giving it one more month and then pulling the plug.

Streamlined so much of my admin
I’m new to the beauty industry, and I was unsure of how approach the admin of running a small nail salon. Fresha is the ultimate one stop shop. It’s very easy to use on the go, and best of all, affordable.
Fee are too high
They charge you new client fee for each new client. it adds up a lot and at least $100 extra on top of monthly fee. Lots of other app only charge you flat fee.
