Biggest crm scam ever
They charge the business owner for everything. New client fee charges $35.70. If your guys keep cancel a booking $50+. $60+ for loyalty rewards. The list goes on and on. Do not, I repeat do not use this a business owner. They were try and rob you and won’t do anything but become more money hungry.

Dodgy App
They will do anything that make you to pay New Client Fee which is 20% of your appointment!!! From change a client source by it self from Google to Fresga, to make your link not working so clients have to reload and go back to Fresha Marketplace. A lot more fees, cards, even refund to customer would charge you card fee. What a joke!!! DO NOT USE IT

Some improvements needed
A good app for the most part. One improvement sb allowing us to update the outgoing auto text message. For eg I DO have a cancellation policy, but I do not have my clients cc’d linked in Fresha. The current outgoing msg makes it look like I don’t have a cancellation policy…
There has been a big glitch lately with appts being booked by myself….but not going through or disappearing right after! It’s frustrating to have to rebook again (sometimes multiple times) to get the spot to book.

Too many minuscule updates
I don’t know what they’ve been doing but I’m getting notifications late, desktop app always lags/crashes and the little changes they’ve been doing are so unnecessary and annoying; especially the notes system
