Your app is stuck in adding contacts and will not let me do anything. I want to delete my account. How do I delete my account???
Customer Service
My app must have been broken for about a month now. Nothing will load on any tab, no matter how good my wifi or data is. The first time I noticed this issue, I went to the email they suggested I reach out to to report it. I have yet to receive a response from them, despite that first email being three weeks ago, and sending an additional three emails. They tell us they want our feedback, but won’t help when I express that I’m having an issue with the app.

A couple bugs
Great app! I noticed two bugs in the past week. It won’t let me invite anyone to the app or search anyone, so I can’t add anyone new anymore. It also won’t give me a new score when rescanning some of my friends, even after we’ve both answered new questions. It just says new scan not available or something.

Can’t create account
When I try to create an account, I get an error that it has failed. “Error making account. Something on the path from your phone to our servers…”
Deleted Account; Wanted to Make a New One
Hello! This is a pretty funny app with friends, but one night I decided to delete it due to me wanting to “restart” the questions. However, now, I can’t create a new account despite me getting the verification code over and over again. I don’t know if this just a permanent ban on my number/in general if you delete your account, but I felt like there wasn’t much I could do through the UI to seek help. Thank you.

OBSESSED
Literally became obsessed with this app since my friend showed it. I’m trying to get all my friends on it the only thing I would say for them to add is an option to scan out of camera roll 😭 for us long distance friends we can’t scan irl and it’s a pain having to put up the codes on another screen to add my friends. But I love this concept and I will keep using this app!

Can’t login into account after deleting it and making a new one
Love the app. But I deleted the account and wanted to make a new one but it wouldn’t let me login to make a new one. Maybe a new account system is needed

Point of agreement feature suggestion
Very fun app! I like answering these sorts of questions and knowing what my friends think too. I think the point of agreement feature is quite interesting, but I would like to see a point of disagreement feature too. It could prompt some interesting discussion and healthy debate among friends!
Layout is too big for iPhone SE
I can’t see some of the options on the screen because it’s optimized for bigger phones :( I wish they would change that or at least have a settings button to adjust the ratio
Great app, a few issues
I love the app it usually works well, but I am at the point where almost all of my friends have stopped working. I just can’t rescan them, it will let me press the button but it doesn’t actually do it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it did not fix it. I also have the issue with if I press the send all button, it tells me some of my people on the list are not my friends, but I have scans with them. Along with the issue of not being able to rescan, I have a few notifications from people who have scanned me that do not go away when I view them, and I can’t rescan them. These issues unfortunately make it really hard to use the app since most of my friends don’t work anymore. I do love the app when it is working though!

Add a “Send All” option when sending questions
Can we have an enhancement added to have the option to send questions to all friends instead of individually clicking on each friend?
Cannot delete account and info
Cannot seem to delete account and info after setting it up. there is not settings menu or anything really other than an up sell to share to friends and to scan someone else. Garbage UX

Unable to register with my phone number
I am unable to register with my phone number, it keeps registering error 1 bad code. Please fix this.
No uppercase names
Very disappointing app that is polarizing our youth by not having any uppercase names. Smh
Problems
I think the app is really fun, and I would love to actually use it. However every time I download it after a certain period of time it tells me that I haven’t done my onboarding questions (I have) and doesn’t let me rescan with anyone. I’ve had this same problem twice now, and the first time I deleted my account by and made another one, which worked for a while but the problem started up again. I want to use the app! It just won’t let me
