This portal is great….very convenient. My only issue is adding my kids to the Permanent “ list…I accidentally added one but I can’t figure out how to add the other. Very happy with this though.
App is Garbage...Website Works Though
This app never functions properly. I’ve never been able to login in the app, but can log in to the website without any issues. It would be nice if this could be fixed to make adding visitors faster.

Update: “test text” does work although I rarely get a text when someone arrives, it did not work when first installed. I upgraded my review since I can put people in using the app.
Request: is it possible to update calendar dates for people on your list? I have to start all over with the names even if they are sitting in expired cue. Would be great if I could just choose the person already in there and update the dates.

Useless
This app is literally the worst. I agree with all other negative reviews. The app will not login even though I can use the same log in on the the website. The website is just as bad since it will let me add guests but then requires them to call me from the gate. The system should allow us to generate a code that we can provide to each guest or match up the guest with the information we put in. Our community recently switched to this system and all I hope is that they got it for free because it is terrible.

Login Broken
I am unable to login using same username and password that works on desktop web app. No support offered within app. Pretty bad experience overall.
App Not Working
App is not working for about 1 month now. However, you can still enter your guests through the website, which is a huge inconvenience. Please fix/grade the app!!!!!
Crap App
For some reason can’t log on the app but have to go to the website now. App looks like it is from the first App Store 13 years ago
Awesome
This app is great. I can easily manage my guest list and issue Preapproved passes my visitors can scan at a machine to gain entry through our gates.
Bad app but even worse support
App has stopped working but logins work w chrome. Called local support in bonita springs and lazy staff told me to call my community as not her problem. Useless waste of money to pay such nonresponsive vendors. Time to replace,
Horrible company/app
Constantly requires QR code to be reentered in the app and you need a Computer to get the QR code for the app to scan. Won’t keep you logged in and website refuses to save cellphone carrier.

Can’t login. Get error message every time. I redid everything. Terrible app!
