Horrible
Submit button doesn't work. No feedback at all. Have to click back and check in several times and maybe it'll finally work. Such a simple app and they can't seem to get it right. App worked fine before the updated one came out a few months ago
Not on time
This app is chosen for us. We pay a monthly subscription for a mediocre time and location stamp. It will not populate check ins nor allow submissions often. This is not acceptable for what this app is needed for. Have spoken to support several times. Oh, the time change was also an issue.

Upon trying to check in this app kicked me out completely. Couldn’t check it. Check in at all. Now I’m waiting for someone to contact me to help me to be able to login. This app is

app is unreliable and buggy. shouldn’t be reliable because people use this for probation.
Better than the alternative
I’ve been using this app to report my location to my officers. Let me just say this is better than the previous methods they were using. Thank you!
App not opening
I’ve updated my phone and have done everything to get this app to open. It will open but will kick me off before the user name and password screen. This has been happening for almost two days now.
