App crashes constantly
The app rarely works and when you can finally submit a report the city doesn’t acknowledge it. Waste of time.
APP doesn’t work
I have been trying to use this app for a month and haven’t been able to report the potholes. I tried setting up an account and can get past the verification pictures. I think the city of Corpus Christi wants it that way.

Nothing Done
Made a report of tall grass and 2 weeks later they closed report and grass is still not taken care of
Super fast response at night!
I had what I thought was a problem with the city sewer line and opened a case in the app about 10:30 at night. The city was knocking on my door about 30-45 minutes later!! They checked and found that it was my sewer line that was the problem but massive kudos to the app and the city for the amazing response even late at night!
