Time Off and Face ID Problems

I just wanted to report an issue with the new update. Every time I try to check my sick days or time off, the app crashes and closes automatically. It doesn’t let me see any details at all. I’ve also heard that other employees are experiencing the same issue.
It would be really helpful if this could be fixed soon. Also, it would be great if you could bring back the Face ID feature—it made logging in much easier and more secure.

Annoying passwords
The fact they want you to constantly change your password is a massive headache. The developers are too obsessed with false security.

I’ve changed my password online a million times and still can’t get in on my phone
terrible app
it won’t let me log in. every time i enter my username and password, it says “server error” over and over. i am forced to use this for work, and it is very inconvenient.

Constantly having issues with login. Clock In and Clock Out buttons never work on the first try.

I can not believe it takes over 4 weeks for Direct deposit! Every other place it’s one or two weeks! This is crazy. If you don’t know how to do it please let me know so maybe I can do something different.

We use the app for timesheets. Easy to use, sometimes have to change password which gets annoying. But I get it’s personal information. Overall I like it.

Frustrating
I was instructed by the APP to update and change my PW, seemed like a normal request and good safety and security idea at 1st. Now I cannot access my account information and to add to my frustration We are Refinancing to a lower rate and now I have no way to access and provide the bank with the information required to complete the refinancing.
I’ll say this if the rate goes up and due to the bug issues of this service I WILL BE BEYOND
