Horrible iPhone interface
Required for child’s band payments. When trying to verify email on an iPhone, you can’t even click on the verification code text box or click verify button. UX designers did not test this at all. Will delete ASAP once no longer needed.
Ease of use
While I’m still very new to Cheddar Up. I’m finding how easy it is to navigate from both my home computer and cell phone. It was also great to visit your booth at National Girl Scout Convention in Washington DC last week. The reps were fabulous!
App fees are too high
Great concept unfortunately the fees are high and it’s a percentage instead of just a flat fee. No thank you
Transferring balance
Super difficult to transfer the balance and even when you select instant transfer it still takes days.
All my money
You are not allowed to get all the money that has been cleared at once
