Great way to raise funds with zero hassle. Easy access to your account and easily transferable funds.
Crashes
Crashes when I try to add my address. Have reinstalled and keeps happening. Cannot complete this step for setup.
Not Truthful & Disappointing
My first payment took 3 days to process, not quick as stated on the website and then upon clicking withdraw it says it can take another 1-3 days, totally inconvenient!!
Funds Collection app
Awesome app which is user friendly and compatible for various needs. The ability to download spreadsheets is a plus.
Useless
Can’t access app. When I click on it, it says it needs updating, and does it automatically. However it never stops “updating” and opening. App Store says my version is up to date!
Fantasy Football League
Are FFL always struggle to get someone to collect all the cash for the League. Cheddar Up made it really easy. We’ll be using Cheddar Up again for sure!
Upgrade
App required update and now app won’t stay open.
Band Boosters
We started using Cheddar Up about a year ago for our high school band booster group. WOW, has this been easy to use and a game changer for collecting funds & fees!! The developer has also been extremely open to making changes based on user feedback. I noted that we could not previously control “manager” access the way we wanted to at the individual campaign level. At the next version update, it was fixed! The app is very straightforward for simple campaigns yet powerful & flexible for complex ones.

Colossal Pain
Somehow we have taken simple field trip and school activities to a new and frighteningly complex and convoluted level for payments. This app is slow and takes too long to do simple tasks. There was no need to add this in addition to PaymentsPlus for the same district, yet it’s one more aggravating platform to enter too much personal info, take 20 minutes, and get charged for the transactional experience.
Home schoolers are getting their monies worth being off platforms like this.

Why do you need my photo
I am VERY concerned that I was only able to withdraw funds from this account after providing my government ID and a photo. There should be a dollar threshold whereby this would be required. I had $70 sitting dormant in this account after I collected for my child’s class as a class parent and sharing this personal information was a requirement for me to withdraw from the account. This is unacceptable.

Abusive fees
Doesn’t allow to have small donations for charity reasons. From 1 dollar donation you take out 0.99. I will remove my account of Cheddar up
Great app for our school
Long-time user of cheddar up’s web platform which was a game-changer for our school. I recently downloaded app to scan QR code tickets (very cool) Also - super responsive and friendly support!
