Terrible app, doesn’t play voice note, stats are incorrect. No response from support. Absolute waste of £20, use Rally instead

Horrible app I ran my whole race didn’t let me hear none of my messages. Kept saying I couldn’t hear them during my race which is literally the point. I’m done with my race and it’s still not letting me hear my messages saying they will unlock during my race. Very disappointing!
Can’t transfer PAID subscription to another device
Need to swap phones the night before a marathon, trying to log into paid subscription on a new device and it keeps telling me “no subscription found”. Waste of money and I’ve wasted my friends and family’s time by asking them to support me. Do NOT waste your money.

I am not able to add a profile image and the app doesn’t let me exit out of the profile picture upload. I went to my settings and allow access to photos and it doesn’t have an option to allow access
