Setup doesn’t work!
I love the idea of this app but can’t get past the setup screens as the ‘continue’ button doesn’t render on iPhone 13 at the ‘Where did you hear about us” screen. I tried on iPad out of curiosity and got further - but continue button did not function on ‘Did you know?’ Screen.

Disappointing
Disheartened for first marathon
Sadly, the app completely failed during my first marathon. Despite location permissions being set to “Always” and Background App Refresh being enabled, it repeatedly displayed “Location Permission Required” and became stuck. My distance remained at 0 km, so none of my prerecorded cheers played and my family and friends couldn’t track me.
I’d also tried to test the app beforehand, but it wouldn’t allow another run while the marathon was scheduled. Incredibly disappointing to realise 30 seconds into such a special, once-in-a-lifetime event that the app wasn’t going to work.

Needs updating
They really need to modify it so that your loved ones can send you messages before you start racing not only while you’re running. My friends aren’t going to wake up at 7:30am to send me messages.

Amazing cheering app!
I absolutely love this app. It has helped me get through some of my hardest runs just from being able to hear my family and friends voices cheer me on. It would be good to go back to a slightly longer audio message option though as 10 seconds is a bit too short. The main thing I would like changed is when multiple people send a cheer at the same time, they will play simultaneously rather than one after the other and you can’t hear it. Other than that, love it.

Doesn’t work
Paid 10$ for this apps 1 month subscription so my friends and family could watch/track me as I ran my first marathon. Right away it starting saying I was running a 4min a mile pace. I’m not friken bolt. For the duration of the run it kept saying I was running a 4min pace. And that I was 18miles in. I barely running a 12min mile pace and wasn’t even at the 8mile marker. So stupid. Waste of money. The funny part was that it got the map right. You’d think it could map that the route I took wasn’t 18miles??? Don’t waste your money on this. At the end of my marathon. It clocked that I ran 41.5miles..

Not worth it!!
I completed my first half marathon yesterday and sent the link to my friends and family. The voicenotes never played out and now it tells me I have 5 cheers yet won’t show me them in my history so I can’t listen to them? Friends and family also said they couldn’t see any of my stats/tracking. Don’t bother wasting your money!

Waste of money. Bought it for my run and did not work. So i gave it the benefit of the doubt for my second run. Still did not work. Just keeps loading. How do i get my refund.

Misleading and manipulative.
Makes you create an account, fill out an entire survey, and only then it tells you that you have to pay to use any services whatsoever.

This app is terrible. I’ve contacted the support team and had no response. The UI is terrible too.

The idea is there. But. You shouldn’t charge people to be cheered on by loved ones. For free I’ll record all of my people saying amazing things then play it at certain times of the race. Don’t download unless you like wasting money and time.
No free trial
I’m not paying upfront for this, especially $60 per year, I want to see if / how actually works first, as it’s a brand new / novel app concept. Also your one-time ‘89% off’ offer is still $40 per year, very misleading as you’re saying it’s 89% off the $30/mo monthly price (which obviously no one is choosing) but it’s really only 33% off the annual price of $60. Cool novel idea, would have liked to test it out, a shame about the paywall / pricing tactics.

Stopped working
Stopped working just after starting my half marathon that I really needed motivation for. Tried doing a quick custom run to just get it back up and it just kept processing payment that I've already paid for.
