New ownership months later and nothing available because update haven’t been done since 2018 years ago. When will this be available for Samsung and other devices so we can all enjoy this!!

After the last update about two weeks ago, my game reset to the Valentine’s Day settings and I haven’t been able to do any new challenges, catering events or anything since. Please update again.
Update 7/31/26 still no email replies no reviews replied nothing updated or fixed. Angry because I don’t spend real money on games but this was my exception to the rule. I really wish the app didn’t have a new developer. It’s been terrible ever since!

Problem
I’ve been trying several times to get in contact with them about the repair about the catering dash and global event several times through email but they haven’t responded at all. Why aren’t they responding to me and doing something about this problem?! And I know it doesn’t matter if the app is up to date or not because I have one that isn’t on one device and one that is on another device. Why would such a big company do what seems like nothing
