I’ve been trying several times to get in contact with them about the repair about the catering dash and global event several times through email but they haven’t responded at all. Why aren’t they responding to me and doing something about this problem?! And I know it doesn’t matter if the app is up to date or not because I have one that isn’t on one device and one that is on another device. Why would such a big company do what seems like nothing

Help support sucks
I have been playing Chef town for a while but then I stopped because with my iPad it’s not compatible anymore because it’s old. One time I looked to see if some games were available on my Mac computer but with no luck till one day my old Mac computer stopped working and I decided to buy a new Mac computer and I saw that Apple made a new formation of Game Center so I was checking and I saw on the list Chef town I downloaded but I lost my progress and I don’t know how to get it back so I wrote to the company and never responded to my email it has been all ready a month and know body responded to my email.

I Love, love, LOVE, this game, & I play it almost constantly, but I go through the gems WAY too quickly.

Fix game
My game has not been working for over eight months now the catering dash doesn’t work the personal event challenge and ect. doesn’t work. I’ve been playing for years and now considering deleting this game and the 125 diamonds I have left because I cannot play. Please fix this game so I don’t have to delete it with the remainder diamonds I have left. I cannot purchase anything if the game doesn’t work. I have already sent you two emails. After I was told the game has new owners.

Bugs Town
This game has had bugs since last year, 2025 - the catering truck/dash not working. Problem reported, fixed after weeks then the same problem re-occurred a few months later this year. Reported again, help desk said the problem was being seen to. This was in March, still not fixed to date June 13th 2026. Seriously you can build a game but can’t fix its bugs?🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️

Already lost lots of gems. Game does not confirm gem spending. Gems way too needed and way too $$

Bugs need to be fixed asap!
After the last update about two weeks ago, my game reset to the Valentine’s Day settings and I haven’t been able to do any new challenges, catering events or anything since. Please update again.

This game use to be so fun….I miss the catering and global events. Bring those back it gave you a challenge .

Love the game. However, there is a bug that doesn’t allow me to join competitions with a team.
FIX YOUR GAME
I used to play every day but without the dashes it’s pointless. I have no interest until they fix it. They must not care about people using their app.
Bug Fix
I have contacted support to fix the popup when going to visit neighbors. The Popup asks “chef town” wants to use Facebook to sign in. If you agree you receive an error message that states “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” Why can’t the developer fix the problem. So glad there are other apps which have no issues.

I love decorating my restaurant. I have played the game for 5 years. I can no longer compete in the dash or the challenge. It makes me sad that such a nice game has been abandoned. What the heck! And maybe, maybe the game hasn’t been abandoned, but the players sure have!
UPDATE: I reached out to support, not through the game, that’s not possible currently. It’s been over 2 months and no help, no reply. Still no dash and no challenge access.

Revive the game!
Why not update the game? If not interested in doing so then let the game be taken over by someone who will revive it and give it new content! It used to be a great game and enjoyable!
Glitches
I can’t get past level 4. Asks to visit Katy with an arrow that points to bottom left off screen where there is nothing to click. I can’t move past this.

Developer change Everything changes (no update)
Just to aware you guys that Original developer “Nanobit” has left from updating this game so you won’t get any updates now, Holiday Rare Appliances , Events & etc. Supercharge Mobile has taken over now and it’s been 1-2 months straight and didn’t receives any in game updates

Fix the game
When is this gonna be fixed! Each time you go in the game it goes to the little truck. It’s so stupid and when you can play with truck you don’t get points from it like you used to.
