Won’t connect, iPhone
Tech savvy here. Followed the instructions and it won’t connect. So far it does work to the receiver so at least I don’t have to open the oven.
Need to add probe offset
My probe is running about 6 degrees cooler than it should be. Please build into your app the ability to offset the probe’s temperature plus or minus X degrees.
Don’t buy!!!
Returning product.. Expensive and the APP completely sucks. Won’t synch to phone or base. Directions very vague and directions don’t match available buttons. Connection of Bluetooth should the most simple skill, like a free throw, yet this product can’t make a simple shot. Terrible and waste of time .

Multiple probes
I know this is a forum for reviews, but I’m looking more for a forum for a frequently asked question. I have multiple probes. Can I connect more than one at a time? Does anybody know how to do that?

Awful so far
I cannot make temp changes on the settings (C to F) and I just keep getting “host offline”. I tried changing something else and got the same message. For the cost of the thermometer I was expecting a better app. So far my husband and I have both been disappointed and frustrated.

Used it once and so far it worked great. I love that I can check the temp on the device or on my phone. Really easy to use.

This app is a fantastic addition to your weekend smoke, keeps a solid pulse on grill and internal temps, the record function is nice for looking back and refining your process. Love it! Would be even better on Apple Watch!
It works so far
I’ve only used it one time to grill a tri-tip steak on a gas grill. The device worked as planned and the station had enough Bluetooth range to be able to use the app in my phone in the house about 20 ft away.

Doesn’t connect- all that comes up when trying to pair the device is a blank white screen- no “matching” button as the instructions state.

Can’t connect to the app and there’s no contact information given for support. I’m at a lost for what to do and feel ripped off.
No customer support in app
I’m having an issue with connecting my thermometer to the app. The FAQs don’t solve my problem so I tried contacting support. Their “contact us” page literally just says “If you encounter any issues during use, please feel free to contact us.” However, there is nowhere to actually contact them and there is no contact information given. The app is unusable for me until this problem is fixed unfortunately.
