They will still charge you even if you cancel the subscription or even delete the account. Had a really bad experience with them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Adds extra meals to your order without consent
I used the app to add my normal 3 meals to an order. I wake up to see I’ve been charged over $200 and have 5 meals on the way. I never chose the 2 additional meals, so I don’t know why they were in my basket. I complained to chefs plate as I did not add or see these additional meals and they said too bad and I have been charged and they won’t refund me even though it was the app that caused this problem. Very disappointing

The new app is difficult to use, go back to simple.

Awful food and service
The level of incompetence and rudeness from their customer service team is of another level, the entire order was a disaster, everything was wrong, they double up on the order, billing is a nightmare. Tried it one and NEVER again
