Buggy and Slow
We must use this painful app for out customer to track our progess o. Service tickets. If it were a horse, I would shoot it because:
Slow on Phone
Crashes on startup
Reinstall often
Usability / barcode scanning does t work when barcode is vertical orientation as opposed to horizontal.
Forms are Slow as heck to load.
My phone works fine w other app, but this one is a pain.

Difficult to use
The app is very slow and glitchy. It constantly skips around causing you to lose your place. It also shuts down randomly and is very difficult to login to. Constantly have to delete and reinstall for it to work. Very inefficient for performing maintenance.
Avoid at all cost
This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve had to use in so long, the glitches that are prevalent in this app are just awful and make it to where you have to fight with the app constantly just to get the check list done. Errors like sync errors preventing you from turning it in, glitches where it scrolls you all the way back up constantly, erasing already checked off tabs, and even hiding the done button when entering numbers. This is built so bad it’s like they hired a college student to make all of it for them and then it seems like they barley hot fix anything and just release big patches that just break something else and make it just as frustrating. Fix your god awful app.

Nice and handy
I noticed this app is getting better and better, I really enjoy the responsiveness of the dev team. Being able to monitor tickets and projects on my mobile device is a lifesaver. I can easily see my team and check the checklist. I can’t think of anything else I would add to it. They added watchers on tickets. Exactly what we needed. I’m sure it’s a matter of time they will add some other new features. The UI is simple and intuitive. The ability to switch between multiple projects at the same time is simply superb. Keep up the good work!!!
