The legacy app at least functioned
This app should still be in beta phase. It still does not remember when sectioned are minimized, so when you reopen a 200 step checklist with different sections you have to scroll to find where you were at previously. There are continuous sync issues. If you don’t leave the app open and active on your device it will never sync with the server, even after 12 hours. Submitting a finished checklist rarely ever actually submits, causing them to go overdue. It takes about five minutes after opening the app for the first time of the day for it to actually refresh and give you up to date status of checklists etc that are assigned for that day. Don’t type too quickly because the app isn’t quick enough to recognize the key presses if you do.
This app is competitive frustrating to use. Sure it’s a little prettier than the legacy app, but at least the legacy app worked.
Please reenable the legacy app so we have that as an option again.

New version has sync issues
My lead tech keeps having to go on the web version and submit/finish rounds and MOPS. The deprecated version of the app did not give us these issues. Virtually all tickets have to be double checked to ensure there are no blank areas or un-synced items. I much prefer the older app!
Needs a lot of work
Doesn’t collapse sections properly. It’ll collapse but when you either refresh the app or come back to it later everything is expanded again. Very frustrating when dealing with a checklist that has a ton of steps. Also, takes way too many tries to actually submit a finished ticket. At least half a dozen tries are required before it will actually close out. The only thing that this app has over the legacy app is that it is quicker to open and enter things.
Tried it again because the patch notes said that it now remembers collapsed sections. Still not working correctly. It will even start expanding sub-sections immediately after collapsing a section. This app is very frustrating to use. Going back to the legacy app even though it’s no longer being updated.
Tried it again and it’s still not ready. The collapsing issue is finally worked out. The problem now is that entries made as part of a checklist sometimes won’t actually sync. There were things that I entered almost 12 hours ago and they still weren’t synced with the server. I had to use the info and enter it using the legacy app for it to properly sync.
