The new update is terrible. tickets have become impossible to find. Match day has become so awkward, waiting for the app to load, scroll through upcoming matches or other tickets, going through multiple steps to find/load the tickets, and then by the time you get through bag searches and have to show your tickets again, the app reloads and you have to go through the whole process waiting. It used to be so much easier. They need to be accessible immediately from opening the app.
Also, Despite adjusting push notifications settings, I am inundated with updates about the academy teams, match scores, etc and quite frankly I do not care. Despite them being toggled off in the app, I am still receiving these updates and it’s frustrating.

Font size and Accessibility
This new app refresh is the worst ever in this generation. We’re in 2026 and it’s shocking that no one has been smart enough to make the font style legible
Why is the tickets section hidden?
The single most important thing the app is used for is accessing match tickets.
Yet this function, rather than being front and centre, is hidden away behind multiple layers of junk marketing that most aren’t interested in.
If you’re going to force digital ticketing on us, at least provide a simple streamlined interface for this rather than a pointless app filled with rubbish.
