Unbelievable poor performance
May be fine for checking out articles and what’s going on around the club, but the worst performing streaming app I’ve ever dealt with, which is a PAID service. Kicks you out of full-screen if you turn your phone, video playback stops every few minutes. I have to close and reopen app every 3 minutes to restart a preseason stream that cost $20 to watch. AWFUL

Does what you ask
Nothing really to complain about other than you can’t cast to a Chromecast because the app doesn’t ask for access to local network.
My CFC+ membership doesn’t work.
Like a few other reviews here, I paid for the CFC+ membership to watch the pre-season matches and access the exclusive content but I’m still unable to watch them.
Whenever I click on the locked CFC+ videos, a pop-up tells me I need to subscribe & then when I click subscribe, it tells me I’m already a subscriber but the video still doesn’t play! It’s very frustrating and a complete waste of money.
I want a refund.

Cfc + not working
I bought the cfc+ yearly membership and tried everything to make it work

Paid for day pass to watch pre season game 3 times and still won’t let me watch it I want my money back
Paid for CFC+ and doesn’t work
As the title says, i have paid for CFC+. If I try to access anything CFC+ it doesn’t work. I have confirmation that the money has been taken out and if it even says my subscription is active until next year. Very unhappy with this

첼시앱은 제가 사랑하던 앱이란 말이죠! 블루스로써 하루에 기본 40분씩은 들락날락 했는데 이번에 새로운 감독님 인터뷰를 들을려고 동영상 버튼은 눌렀는데 엥?? 웬 CFC + 를 가입하라고 하네요! 솔직히 영어를 직접 번역까지하면서 보는 첼시 앱인데;; 진짜 너무하시네요 ㅠ

I was asked for a membership fee just to watch an interview of our new gaffer. This is completely unacceptable, turning such basic things into money mongering opportunities. Plus no matter how many times I log in it keeps getting logged out.

Audio commentary features causes instant crashes. Line ups do not show formation
Now it’s even worse
I tried to listen to the match today as soon as I started the audio the whole app quit. I deleted it and restarted, and the same thing happened. Now I can’t listen to the blues at all.
Not working well
Used to be my go-to app for live audio commentary. But the latest update completely crashes after a second or two, and closes down. Please fix, I used to enjoy the pro-Chelsea narrative; like being at the match and having someone knowledgeable talk you through it. Missing the banter.
