Why is the tickets section hidden?
The single most important thing the app is used for is accessing match tickets.
Yet this function, rather than being front and centre, is hidden away behind multiple layers of junk marketing that most aren’t interested in.
If you’re going to force digital ticketing on us, at least provide a simple streamlined interface for this rather than a pointless app filled with rubbish.

Great app!

The new app has had a few design issues: too many clicks to get to the list of matches and to get to the live audio broadcast. The fonts are so tiny on the match times they are impossible to read. The new logo is hideous compared to the old one, but of course that is a bigger issue.

I love that you provide the live audio commentary, especially for the midweek games. Since I’m in the US I like to listen live at work and then watch the recorded game when I get home. I also like having a quick reliable way to find out start times and to review previous results.

Need improvements
The app is getting there but still needs works. The match yesterday was showing the wrong lineup, players in the wrong positions and slow compared to other sports app in terms of updates. Other apps reports Chelsea news faster than Chelsea app. And Can we have the comments sections back. It would be nice to interact with posit and other fans, have a chat. Agree on things or even disagree and debate.

New “improved” app
Since updating the app I have been totally unable to access any content on my iPhone apart from watching the “Shorts” videos, absolutely nothing else functions any more. Very disappointed!!!
New reskin not great
Since the start of the season they re skinned the app but now schedule and table are tucked away and formatted really badly. I prefer the cleaner more centralized version of schedule and table layout from before. With weekday associated with game dates.
Text sizing in app
Please increase or add the ability to change text size. It’s too small for those who are visually impaired. Thank you
Cast function?
Enjoy using the app & was particularly pleased to see the Chelsea women v Real Sociedad was available to watch live and apparently to cast to my TV. However casting just searched endlessly for the network, even though other apps can find it. Am I missing something?
Latest update is a mess
The app was easy to use and get quick access to my ticket and now it’s a complete mess. To get to the fixtures I’ve ended going to other websites!

The new CFC+ video service is great, but it’s a shame the club’s match day commentaries with Jason Cundy are now quite difficult to find. I missed the first goal of the Fulham game trying to locate the Listen Live button - it needs to be far more prominent, please

Terrible update
4.0 update is terrible. Why is the app trying to sell me merch and “my Chelsea” and the schedule is moved off the hot bar under more?? Also put the badge back on the app.
Update always required.
Updating every month is totally unacceptable. Stop this nonsense. And that cfc+ subscription is nonsense.
