I was asked for a membership fee just to watch an interview of our new gaffer. This is completely unacceptable, turning such basic things into money mongering opportunities. Plus no matter how many times I log in it keeps getting logged out.

Audio commentary features causes instant crashes. Line ups do not show formation
Now it’s even worse
I tried to listen to the match today as soon as I started the audio the whole app quit. I deleted it and restarted, and the same thing happened. Now I can’t listen to the blues at all.
Not working well
Used to be my go-to app for live audio commentary. But the latest update completely crashes after a second or two, and closes down. Please fix, I used to enjoy the pro-Chelsea narrative; like being at the match and having someone knowledgeable talk you through it. Missing the banter.

Could the billionaires be ho own Chelsea spend a couple bucks for an app that does not crash every time a user tries to listen to the audio feed you offer?
Basic media player fundamentals.
Media player needs to be fixed in app. Connecting to other devices refuses to work. Can only watch on your phones device.

it’s very good It’s Got all the Live men and women live scores from the premier league and Champions League and The-Uefa europa league and also The Carabao Cup & much more it’s still a good app even in (2026) 👍 😃
Why turn off back ground audio?
This app used to continue to play audio into background when you switched to another app. I appreciate the ability to listen to the broadcasts, but it was much better when I could listen and use my grocery app at the same time. This is either a major bug or a user hostile change. Do better Chelsea.
Lovely app, hate the update
Used the app for so long but recently there was an update to the listen live feature. Not being able to tab out or close the screen.. it’s a huge miss. Loved this feature being able to multi task and do other things while listening to the game on mobile. Please revert it!
What the hell happened?
Audio player used to work very well, now I can’t even go to another app without playback being automatically paused. Trying to listen to the PSG game right now and there are two audio feeds running at the same time. Unlistenable mess.
Landscape mode Match Replays/Highlights
This app is almost perfect, from the interactive features, news articles, clean layout, prizes etc
The only issue I have with the application is that videos cannot be played in landscape mode on iPhones. I’m assuming this is a bug present on phones, as I’ve tried to get it to work both IPhone X and 12. Otherwise, this app is very well made ❤️

Audio fads out
Did Chelsea app used to be bulletproof and then I don’t know what happened. Now when you move off of the main screen, the audio stops. For me this started in iOS 26.1 or .2. Regardless I missed the old Chelsea app. Please fix it so that I can listen to my blues and still use my phone.
