I appreciate Chelsea State bank. I just transferred some money on my own from one account to the other very easy to maneuver. Thank you for making banking easy for me for the past 40+ years.
Can't use emailed code for "additional authentication "
I love CHB, but the Mobil app asks for additional authentication after you log in, and if you ask for an emailed code, they provide you with a code that has a hyphen in it.
The keyboard provided has no hyphen in it, and so you can't enter the code. This kicks you out of the window and tells you to contact your bank.
The bank advised me to use safari to gain access to my account. I'll delete the app.

We have appreciated the service from Chelsea state bank so much so that when we moved away from Chelsea we continued banking with them.

Facial Recognition
Please implement facial recognition. All our other financial apps offer this and it’s wonderful. No passwords !!
