Can’t search on app
Every time I go to search for new eyes I am stuck on the loading screen. Like what the hell? I have an iPhone 12 and Chemion worked fine till recently, yet on my partners S24 there was no complications. Is it my phone??
Quite annoyed you can’t use the search anymore
This app worked well for a quite awhile but now as of recent you can’t even search for stuff anymore which was one of the best features what a let down, fix your app :/
App Won’t Work
Tired Restarting The App A Bunch Of Times, Even Deleted The App And Installed It Again, Nothing.. FIX THIS ISSUE!!
Garbage
This company is garbage. This app worked great for their old glasses. Then they made the app stop working so that people would switch to color Chemion. And conveniently color Chemion doesn’t support older glasses so they’re basically trying to pressure you into buying yet another overpriced piece of garbage glasses

Getting this Erro : App not Active, this app not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of this issue , you will be able to login in when the app is reactivated…..
Works only with Facebook
You have to go threw your Facebook app to make them work and that doesn't work either what a joke & waste of money
Failure to connect
I’ve had the glasses for about a year now. They worked well and are in relatively good/new condition as they were only used once. Recently I’ve tried to use them again and they won’t be detected by the app. I’ve followed advise I’ve found on trying to fix the issue such as holding the button for 10 seconds multiple times. However the glasses still are unable to be detected by the app

App’s Facebook login is still broken, And now the app freezes on the start screen.
Glasses are great
The glasses are great and few good on your head. The only problem I have is with the app. You use to be able to move around your custom sets but it seems you can longer choose where they go. It would be a 5 star if it ever gets added back. Other than that there is no issue with the glasses or the app.

Why Facebook?
I was very excited to use these glasses until I couldn’t really do anything without having to “log in to Facebook.” I haven’t had a Facebook in over a decade and I’m not about to make one just to use these glasses. Super disappointed.

NOTHING CONNECTS
i turned off private mode, i turned on bluetooth, wifi, EVERYTHING. NOTHING WORKS. DO NOT BUY.
Bluetooth connection
I got the glasses back on Christmas and it was working well but just today I tried to use em it won’t connect like it won’t find it and my Bluetooth and location is on the his apps needs an new update like I admire it jus need to fix connection feature
Great but one thing needs fixing
It works great with my glasses, but is it possible to turn up the max speed the glasses animations can go? It only goes up to 4 fps, and there are other animations that are way faster on the app itself.
It doesn’t bot up
When I open up the app it doesn’t show the UI, it’s just stuck on the loading screen.

I just opened this up again for Halloween, I’m just stick in the loading screen

This app is not letting me get on at all it’s stuck on chemion turn on your light for the last 10 minutes
